💼 What You'll Do
- Process HR-related payments, reimbursements, manpower billing & honorarium
- Perform accurate data entry and document verification
- Check supporting documents and follow up on missing information
- Maintain proper filing, records and documentation
- Monitor daily tasks to ensure deadlines and service standards are met
- Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders on payment-related matters
- Handle discrepancies and escalate issues when required
- Support other HR/admin duties and ad hoc projects
👀 We’re Looking For
✔️ Diploma in HR, Business or related discipline
✔️ 1–2 years of relevant HR/admin experience preferred
✔️ Healthcare experience is an advantage
✔️ Comfortable handling high-volume work and confidential information
✔️ Good Microsoft Excel skills and comfortable working with large datasets
✔️ Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented
✔️ Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
✔️ Good communication skills and a strong team player
