We are hiring a passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team at our European restaurant concept. This role is based at our unique locations in the Seletar Aerospace and Cosford Container Park . If you are a dedicated kitchen leader with a strong background in European culinary techniques, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Lead kitchen operations alongside the Head Chef.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen inventory, stock rotation, and food cost controls.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service.
- Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in European cuisine.
- Deep understanding of European culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a fast-paced kitchen.
- Ability to work a 6-day work week.
