Job Responsibilities
- Support daily restaurant operations across Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) functions.
- Ensure smooth service, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with operational standards.
- Assist with inventory management, stock ordering, and waste control.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Work closely with team members across service, kitchen, and cashiering functions.
- Learn people management, scheduling, and shift coordination from experienced supervisors.
- Participate in structured training on operations, food safety, service excellence, and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, or related fields is an advantage
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
