Warehouse Supervisor | Up to S$3,000 + OT & Bonus💰| Bedok North📍 #KEN
Monday – Saturday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Working Days: 6 days per week
Location: Bedok North
Salary: S$2,500 – S$3,000 + OT
Performance-based bonus
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Allocate manpower, assign tasks and monitor team performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock counts and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock condition, expiry dates and storage requirements.
- Verify incoming goods and ensure accurate picking, packing and dispatch of outgoing orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales/Customer Service and Logistics teams.
- Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, temperature control and workplace safety practices.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and efficient space utilisation.
- Prepare inventory and warehouse reports and monitor key operational KPIs.
- Support improvements in warehouse productivity, accuracy and efficiency.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Food manufacturing, food distribution, FMCG or cold-chain experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in WMS and basic inventory management.
- Comfortable working in chiller and freezer environments where required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety.
