Looking for a short-term opportunity at Luxury Brand in Changi Airport T3? 💎 Join the team for 7 days and be part of a customer engagement & promotional activation!
📍 Location: Changi Airport T3
💰 Pay: $15/hour
📅 Duration: 12–18 October (7 days)
⏰ Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
🕓 4 hours daily
💎 Your Role
Customer Engagement & Promotion
- Explain promotions, eligibility requirements and redemption process clearly to customers
- Drive traffic and customers into the store to explore available collections
📱 Swarovski Club Membership
- Assist customers with Club membership sign-ups using the provided iPad
- Guide customers through registration and ensure information is completed accurately
- Verify membership status for existing members where required
✈️ Customer Eligibility Verification
- Verify valid boarding passes for departing or arriving passengers
- Distribute activation item(s) according to customer eligibility
- Record all redemptions, including:
- New member sign-ups
- Existing member redemptions
- Purchase amount associated with each redemption, where applicable
🛒 Activation Cart Management
- Keep the activation cart, products and promotional materials clean, organised and well-presented
- Set up and push the activation cart from the store to the designated activation area at the start of each shift
- Return and secure the activation cart and materials at the end of each shift
- Monitor stock levels and inform the store team when replenishment is required
💎 Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly and confident when approaching customers
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable assisting customers with membership registration
- Responsible and detail-oriented when handling redemptions and verification
- Comfortable moving and managing the activation cart
