As we refresh our flagship on Eng Hoon Street and roll out bold new concepts across the island, we’re looking for talented people to lead our teams.

What You’ll Do:
Supervisor
- Lead shift teams in delivering excellent service, managing cash and inventory, and running daily operations
- Mentor baristas, front-of-house staff, and junior crew
- Ensure quality control and handle guest feedback
Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Support outlet management in all operational areas, from rostering and training to cost control
- Drive service excellence, training, and process improvements
- Own local initiatives and help roll out new menu items or promotions
Who You Are:
- For Supervisor: 1–2 years in a café or bakery environment, strong leadership and cash handling skills
- For ARM: 2–4 years’ experience leading service teams, with cost-control and training exposure
