Job description:

  • Operate SMT production equipment according to SOPs and Work Instructions.
  • Operate and monitor equipment for solder paste printing, chip mounting, and reflow processes.
  • Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance.
  • Carry out product assembly and production activities.
  • Perform basic visual and functional inspections using SPI, AOI, and AXI equipment.
  • Perform feeder loading and unloading.
  • Monitor production processes and report any defects, abnormalities, or equipment issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in electronics manufacturing plant or related plant.
  • Basic knowledge of SMT machine operation and assembly processes.
  • Experience in SMT production will be an advantage.
  • Candidates with relevant technical experience and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
