Event Period: 27 September 2026 - 12 October 2026 (16 Days)
Salary: $13/hour
Working Schedule: 6 days per week (Monday - Sunday, including weekends)
Shift Hours: Rotating 8-hour shifts between 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the interactive simulator area to ensure smooth operations.
• Guide and assist customers on how to use the simulator.
• Support customers with participation requirements and registration processes.
• Verify participants have completed the required social media follow and membership registration steps.
• Assist customers in downloading and accessing the mobile application when required.
• Ensure participants present the required verification screen before accessing the simulator.
• Handle customer enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with crowd management and maintain a positive customer experience.
Requirements
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
• Comfortable engaging with shoppers and approaching customers proactively.
• Able to commit throughout the event period preferred.
Training Provided
• Comprehensive training on simulator operations and event procedures will be provided before the event. No prior technical experience is required.
