Company Overview
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Retail Assistants. If you enjoy interacting with customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team, we welcome you to apply!
Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Perform cashiering and payment handling duties
- Replenish and arrange products on shelves neatly
- Assist with stock replenishment (items approximately 5kg–15kg)
- Ensure store cleanliness and maintain proper housekeeping standards
- Monitor product displays and shelf organization
- Support daily store operations and ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
- Retail or supermarket experience is an advantage
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physically fit to handle stock replenishment duties
- Able to read and understand product labels
