Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Interior Design and Renovation
- Position Title: Site Coordinator (Interior Design / Renovation)
- Working Location: East Region
- Working Hours: 6 days (Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Incentive + VB
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Review project contracts, drawings, specifications, and renovation scope.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure work follows the design and schedule.
- Monitor site progress, deliveries, outstanding work, and defect rectification.
- Conduct site checks and report progress, issues, or delays to the Interior Designer.
- Assist homeowners with site enquiries and project handover.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Able to understand project documents and communicate with contractors, suppliers, and homeowners.
- Interested in interior design and renovation.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to complete assigned tasks.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- No prior interior design or renovation experience is required; training will be provided.
