Job Description
Are you friendly, patient and a good communicator? We’re hiring Temp Government Call Support to handle incoming inquiries and assist members of the public with general information and support via phone.
What you will do:
• Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
• Provide information related to public / government services
• Record enquiries and escalate to the appropriate team when required
• Maintain call logs and follow quality standards
• Ensure high-quality customer service at all times
Requirements
***Min GCE A Level / Diploma
✔ Excellent communication skills in English
✔ Comfortable handling calls and providing accurate information
✔ Reliable, responsible and able to commit to scheduled shifts
✔ Basic computer skills for logging call details
