- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, IT products and systems.
- Develop and manage project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks and dependencies.
- Manage project performance, issues, risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead Agile activities including sprint planning, Scrum and retrospectives.
- Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into user stories and solutions.
- Assess solution options based on business needs, feasibility, cost, risk, security and supportability.
- Manage system testing, enhancements, changes and post-release improvements.
- Monitor project/product performance through metrics, reporting and dashboards.
- Manage cybersecurity, technology, data, operational and business risks.
- Manage project governance, audits, compliance, vendors, contracts and budgets.
- Oversee IT operations, incidents, problems, service performance and change management.
- Coordinate implementation, user readiness, training, hypercare and transition to BAU.
- Support portfolio planning, budget tracking and management reporting.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project/programme management, IT delivery or product delivery.
- Experience managing digital initiatives, products or IT systems end-to-end.
- Experience in project/product delivery, business analysis, testing, vendor/contract and financial management.
- Experience managing production IT systems, incidents and service changes is preferred.
- Project Management certification such as PMP, CIPTM or COMIT is preferred.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner/Scrum Master or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Meticulous, proactive and able to follow up on tasks through to closure.
