Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
ā¢ Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth opening, service, and closing procedures.
ā¢ Maintain food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
ā¢ Coordinate effectively between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
ā¢ Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
Staff Leadership & Management
ā¢ Lead, motivate, and manage the service team.
ā¢ Recruit, train, and develop team members.
ā¢ Prepare and manage staff rosters and schedules.
ā¢ Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Financial & Inventory Control
ā¢ Monitor daily sales, expenses, and overall profitability.
ā¢ Manage ordering, inventory levels, and stock rotation.
ā¢ Implement cost control measures to maintain budget targets.
Customer Service Excellence
ā¢ Ensure all guests have an exceptional dining experience.
ā¢ Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly.
ā¢ Foster a customer-focused culture among staff.
ā¢ Gather customer feedback and implement improvements.
Marketing & Promotions
ā¢ Support the execution of promotions, special events, and marketing campaigns to drive sales.
ā¢ Monitor local market trends and competitor activities.
Ā Compliance & Standards
ā¢ Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and procedures.
ā¢ Maintain accurate records (e.g., attendance, safety checks, maintenance reports).
ā¢ Comply with local licensing, hygiene, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2ā3 years of relevant F&B experience, preferably in a Chinese restaurant or similar dining environment.
- Experience in a supervisory or senior service role will be an advantage.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
