HR & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE | BISHAN | 5-DAY WEEK | 70% ACC + 30% HR | DUAL EXP REQUIRED
📍 Bishan
🕘 Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🏢 No WFH Arrangement
Accounting
- Full set of accounts
- Monthly/quarterly/year-end closing
- Cash flow management and reporting
- Intercompany transactions & reconciliation
- Statutory audit and audited reports
- Group consolidation
- GST submission
- Government statistical returns
- Bank and authority liaison
- Branch financial report review
- Government grant claims
HR
- Monthly payroll & CPF submission
- IR8A / IR21 submission
- Foreign worker permits/passes
- Staff letters: appointment, confirmation, increment, etc.
- Job posting & recruitment
- Candidate shortlisting & interviews
- Leave and attendance records
- Ad-hoc HR projects
Requirements
- Diploma/Professional Certificate in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- 1–3 years full-set accounting experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Navision experience is an advantage
- Analytical and good problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with IRAS & MOM guidelines
- Knowledge of government grants
