Job Description

Industry/ Organization Type: Construction/ Quarrying
Position Title: Logistics & Port Operations Supervisor
Working Location: Jurong
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Allocate manpower and equipment effectively to ensure the smooth discharging of construction aggregates from vessels and barges.
Oversee daily operations involving the arrival and departure of vessels and barges.
Coordinate with port authorities to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Prepare and submit detailed daily reports on vessel and barge activities.
Manage warehouse inventory to ensure sufficient goods are available for customer deliveries.
Coordinate with truck teams to ensure company goods are delivered promptly.
Ensure workplace safety requirements are followed.
Ensure equipment is properly maintained and ready for deployment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in logistics coordination.
Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work well as part of a team
