We're looking for fashion enthusiasts to join us as a Retail Associate!
As a Retail Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a positive shopping experience for customers while supporting the daily operations of the store.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and styling recommendations.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Processing clothing buy-back transactions and ensuring quality control.
- Supporting store management with inventory control, stock organization, and merchandising.
- Training and mentoring new staff to ensure smooth onboarding and adherence to store and company policies.
- Handling customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Retail experience
- Males must have completed their 2 years National Service
- Keen interest in Japanese fashion/culture, especially in second hand reusable items
- Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and work flows
- Bubbly and positive personality
- Hardworking and takes initiative to get things done
- Here for long term commitment
- Responsible individual who has good attendance and tardiness records
