FIELDWORK SUPERVISOR
The Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) Social Lab is a university-level policy research institute within the National University of Singapore. Social Lab is looking for a Fieldwork Operation Executive to be part of the team.
Responsibilities
To do fieldwork setup in the pre production phase.
To manage and assist fieldwork interviewers in their daily operation during data collection phase.
To plan and strategise for fieldwork production to achieve quota in the given timeline.
To close fieldwork in the post production phase.
Any other task that comes along with the specific project.
Fieldwork is an interactive and very hands on job. Although it is desk bound but it is fun and comes with challenges. So if you are someone looking for challenges, this role is for you. The fun part is that you are responsible for the outcome and therefore you design and plan the success of your fieldwork. You will interact and work with fieldwork interviewers to manage the quota and achieve completion by your design and planning so you are the architech.
Salary will commensurate with your experience.
Candidate is preferred to have an outgoing personality with an adaptable attitude for anything that might comes along in a project.
The working environment is friendly with a family atmosphere.
This position is for 12 months with possible extension depending on performance and projects.
