Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify, validate and reconcile data across systems, files and supporting documents.
- Conduct data cleansing and quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain regulatory records, documentation, filing and proper archiving.
- Compile information and supporting documents for reporting and audits.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain and verify required information.
- Highlight data discrepancies, missing information and outstanding matters.
- Support system/process updates, data preparation and testing activities.
- Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the team.
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in data entry, administration, compliance support or records management is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisation and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
