Culinary Admin (F&B Experience welcomed!)- Bedok / 5.5 to 6 days / up $2800 - JT8
💵 $2,300 – $2,800/month

Location : bedok 

Working Days : 5.5 - 6 days 

Working hours : Office hours

Job Summary

• Support the Production Manager with daily production administration
• Maintain production records and prepare reports
• Assist with recipe, costing and production data
• Work closely with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse and Purchasing teams

Job Description

• Handle daily production data entry, including output, usage and wastage records
• Prepare and maintain production reports, records and spreadsheets
• Assist with recipe calculations, ingredient costing and product costing
• Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel
• Follow up on production-related administrative matters
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in F&B administration, food manufacturing or production administration
• Familiar with F&B / food manufacturing processes and costing
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Good numerical, analytical and organisational skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments
