We are a leading facilities management company based in Singapore that provides aircon servicing to homes and offices.
Job responsibilities:
- Diagnosing the cause of air conditioner system issues and carrying out repairs to rectify the issues.
- Dismantle malfunctioning systems and replace worn-out or defective parts.
- Perform chemical washes and chemical overhauls.
- Perform repair and maintenance on malfunctioning air conditioners.
- Perform general maintenance services on normally-functioning air conditioners.
- Prepare service reports after every completed job.
- Keep record of job schedules.
- Pick up and deliver required materials and supplies as and when required.
- Communicate with clients with regards to problems in equipment and post-job reports.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks given by supervisor or management.
Requirements:
- Possess a certification NTC / NITEC in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent will be preferred.
- Possess a motorcycle license suitable in Singapore. If you have not ever worked in this country before and have a foreign license for a motorcycle, you may also apply.
- Minimum 2 years experience working as an air conditioner technician performing chemical wash, general servicing and repairs. Installation experience is an advantage.
- Confident at carrying out repairs and cleaning on all common aircon brands for wall-mounted and ceiling aircons including Daikin, Panasonic, Samsung, Mitsubishi Electric and Heavy Industries, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Carrier and Europace.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring.
- Able to do some heavy lifting and climbing.
- Able to speak and write basic English.

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
Willingness to live in Singapore:
- 100% (Must live in Singapore during work days)
