THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative Social Media Executive to support our Branding & Marketing Manager in bringing six distinct brands to life.
You will be the hands-on engine of our social channels — creating content and caring for our communities. You bring the ideas and the execution. The Branding & Marketing Manager brings the strategy and brand direction. We are a team that embraces AI, and we want someone who uses it to create faster and think bigger — from ideation through to editing.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Essential:
- One to three years in social media and content — F&B, hospitality, lifestyle or agency
- A portfolio, showreel, or links to two or three accounts you have personally run. Applications without work samples will not be reviewed
- A creative, ideas-driven eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and food that looks irresistible
- Strong hands-on skills across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, plus shooting and editing short-form video and photography
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager at boosting and basic campaign level
- Basic understanding of local SEO — keywords, captions, hashtags, and Google Business Profile management
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, image and video generators) to create, ideate and work efficiently
- Able to juggle several brands and deadlines without dropping quality, and to hold distinct brand voices apart rather than blending them into one
- Comfortable working in live restaurant environments, including occasional evenings and weekends for shoots
- A genuine love for food, hospitality, culture and people
- Based in Singapore and able to travel between our outlets
Advantageous:
- Basic design ability (Canva, Figma or Adobe)
- Familiarity with Xiaohongshu
- Written Mandarin
- Experience with a multi-outlet or multi-brand group
- Familiarity with the Singapore F&B and dining scene
