Da Paolo Group is expanding!
We’re expanding and looking for Hostesses to join the pre-opening team of an exciting new restaurant.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm welcome and setting the tone for a great dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and engage guests upon arrival.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting lists.
- Coordinate table allocations and seating arrangements with the service team.
- Manage guest flow effectively during busy service periods.
- Handle guest enquiries and reservation requests professionally.
- Communicate special requests, celebrations and guest preferences to the team.
- Maintain an organised and presentable reception and entrance area.
- Work closely with the management and service teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Assist with pre-opening preparations, training and operational setup ahead of launch.
- Be a positive ambassador for the restaurant and our hospitality standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Warm, friendly and naturally hospitable.
- Confident with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and guest awareness.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous Hostess or guest-facing F&B experience is preferred.
- Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
