📍Location:  MOE School in Bartley area (Nearest MRT: Bartley)

📅Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 (renewable)

⏰Working Hours:

  • Monday to Fridays: 7.00AM to 4.00PM
  • Working hours may be adjusted to meet school's operational needs

Job scope:

  • Provide front-desk support by handling phone calls, enquiries, and walk-ins
  • Provide administrative support, including printing and bulk photocopying using high-speed multifunction printers
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist students who are unwell or require permission to leave the school premises.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a MOE school environment
  • At least 1 year of working experience using high speed multifunction printer to support bulk printing operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
