The role
As Outlet Supervisor, you're the person who makes each shift run well. When you're on the floor, the outlet is yours: the team, the quality of every bowl that leaves the counter, and how every customer feels when they walk away.
As a young and growing brand, we give you a real say in how things work, from setting up the line for a lunch rush to training new crew and refining our SOPs. You'll work directly with our Operations Manager and founders, and good ideas get acted on quickly.
You'll lead a young, energetic crew, many of them students, so we're looking for someone who enjoys developing people: firm on standards, warm in how you get there. As Acai Guru grows, so does this role, with a clear path towards Outlet Manager for the right person.
What you'll do
- Carry out opening or closing duties on assigned shifts, including cash-up on our POS
- Lead and coach the crew, keeping the line moving at peak hours
- Hold the standard on every bowl: portions, presentation, and speed
- Own food safety and hygiene on shift
- Manage stock, prep, deliveries, and wastage
- Train new crew and help refine our SOPs
- Handle customer feedback calmly and fairly
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in food service preferred, previous experience in supervisor/manager/senior crew roles are advantageous
- Hardworking, reliable, and proud of doing things properly
- Passionate about food, service, and great customer experiences
- A leader who sets the tone through their own work ethic
- Calm and organised during rushes
- WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 (or willing to obtain it)
- Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts at KAP Mall or NTU
