Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Functions:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Conduct cold calling and outreach to potential candidates
- Post job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
- Coordinate interviews and fulfil client manpower requirements
Operations Functions:
- Manage and monitor staff attendance across multiple sites
- Deploy manpower effectively to meet operational needs
- Be on-ground at client sites and events to ensure smooth execution
- Conduct regular checks across different operational segments
- Identify operational gaps/issues and propose practical solutions
- Liaise with clients on daily operations and manpower matters
- Ensure service standards and expectations are consistently met
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on, proactive, and willing to be on the ground
- Able to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in recruitment, operations, or manpower coordination is an advantage
