Guest Experience Officer (Part-Time)
Job Scope:
- Provide information and assistance to visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Conduct admission and access checks where required.
- Respond appropriately to incidents, accidents, and emergency situations based on established procedures.
- Support the facilitation of events, programmes, and visitor activities.
- Assist with crowd management to ensure a safe and enjoyable visitor experience.
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Able to commit for a minimum period of 3 months.
- Comfortable working on rotating shifts
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with visitors from diverse backgrounds.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist visitors.
- Able to remain calm and respond appropriately in a fast-paced environment, including during crowd management or emergency situations.
- A responsible team player who can follow operational procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, events, tourism, retail, or related fields will be an advantage.
