Job Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, including welcoming visitors, handling calls, and assisting with visitor check-in/check-out
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, guide guests to meeting rooms, and provide refreshments when required
- Manage visitor access passes and handle incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of reception, meeting rooms, and office areas
- Conduct basic checks on office equipment, pantry/bistro machines, and meeting room facilities
- Liaise with building management and vendors to follow up on office and facilities-related matters
- Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks, including data entry
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE N /O Level or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in reception, administration, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Must be comfortable to travel island wide
