Nice office environment (indoor gym, etc)
80% at retail store, 20% at office per month!

Job Details:
📍 Location: Central (Lucky Plaza) - have to rotate other branches if lack of manpower
💰 Salary: Up $2200 monthly + OT payable + Medical imbursement
🕛 Working hours:  11:00am to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday


Job Scope:
• Answering customer inquiries through various channels like emails, live chats via WhatsApp, and social media based on SLA
• Providing accurate and timely information about the company's products or services based on the defined set of QnA
• Resolving customer issues efficiently

Requirements:
✅ Previous experience working in a customer-facing role/ contact centre/ telemarketing is advantageous
