Location – Rifle Range Army Camp
Duration– 1 year (renewable/ convertible)
Working Days & Time – Monday to Friday (7pm to 7am)
Salary – Up to $3500 + Completion Bonus
Job Scopes:
- Lead production operations to meet production, quality, safety and productivity targets
- Plan manpower, resources and daily production activities for timely delivery
- Monitor production, machine utilization and WIP, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with drawings, work instructions, ISO standards and company procedures
- Investigate production, quality and safety issues and support audits
- Manage and control ammunition and regulated items in compliance with procedures and statutory requirements
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, with supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in production planning, manpower allocation, and shopfloor operations
- Willing to work predominantly on night shift and support day shift operations when required
