We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and the timely distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general warehouse operations and duties.
- Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness within the warehouse.
- Support hosting managers during major roadshow events.
- Assist in the delivery of goods and documents to retail outlets.
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.
- Take responsibility for goods received and issued in accordance with company processes and procedures.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of inventory within the warehouse.
- Assist with stock receiving, stock replenishment, and inventory control activities.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and operational procedures at all times.
- Assist in other ad hoc duties and projects assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
- Able to perform physical warehouse-related duties.
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management will be an advantage.
- Forklift License and Work-at-Height certification will be an added advantage.
- Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving licence (for Driver positions).
