Key Responsibilities:
Patient Registration & Admissions
- Register patients and update their details accurately in the hospital system.
- Handle appointments, admissions, discharges, and patient transfers.
- Check patientsā eligibility for subsidies, insurance, and financial assistance.
Front Desk & Patient Service
- Attend to patient and visitor enquiries at the counter, over the phone, and through digital channels.
- Guide patients on clinic procedures, waiting times, and what to expect next.
- Manage queues and support smooth patient flow within the service areas.
Billing & Payments
- Prepare and explain bills, including MediShield Life, Medisave, and insurance claims.
- Process payments and assist with basic billing issues.
- Work with the Finance team to resolve more complex billing matters.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in hospital systems.
- Work with doctors, nurses, and other teams to support smooth daily operations.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and other duties when required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N/O Level
