1. Sales & Profitability
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and customer engagement.
- Maximise sales opportunities, basket size, and product promotions.
- Monitor performance and take action to meet business objectives.
2. Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service through needs-based product recommendations.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
3. Store Operations & Merchandising
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, replenished, and accurately priced.
- Support efficient day-to-day store operations.
4. Inventory & Asset Management
- Support stock ordering, replenishment, stock counts, and inventory control.
- Ensure stock accuracy and minimise shortages.
- Follow loss prevention and asset protection procedures.
5. Compliance & Safety
- Comply with company policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and health & safety standards.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and compliant store environment.
6. Teamwork & Development
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Communicate effectively and share relevant information and best practices.
- Participate in training and development programmes.
7. Other Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
