Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: General Wholesales Trade
- Position Title: Accounts Executive (Full Set)
- Working Location: Tuas (Nearest MRT: Tuas West Road)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- * Handle full-set accounts, month-end closing, annual reporting and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly GST filings.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
- Process purchase orders, invoices and delivery orders.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics providers.
- Track shipments with Purchasing, Sales and Warehouse teams.
- Coordinate timely shipment clearance.
- Record defective goods and follow up on supplier claims.
- Conduct monthly stock-taking and prepare inventory reports.
- Maintain administrative records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- At least 2 years of accounting or audit experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office; SAP Business One experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
