💰 Basic Salary: From $1,800 (commensurate with experience)
💵 Monthly Allowances: Up to $600 (KPI & Shift Allowances)

Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in, arrival and departure services.
- Handle passenger enquiries and various flight-related requests.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers at premier lounges.
- Welcome and assist guests at reception and attend to their needs.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including those with reduced mobility.
- Assist non-English-speaking passengers and unaccompanied minors.
- Ensure passengers receive a smooth and pleasant airport experience.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Pleasant, cheerful and service-oriented personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Able to work 6-day rotating shifts.
