We operate “Kyoto Onimaru”, a brand new F&B concept introducing authentic Japanese-style onigiris 🍙 to Singapore. Join us on our journey as we share the love for these delicious rice balls and grow our presence across the island. Let’s spread the joy of Japanese onigiri—one bite at a time!
We are looking for new hire to fill up various positions:
- Full time kitchen service crew [$2,200 - $3,200] (*Malaysians are welcome to apply*)
- Permanent Part-time kitchen service crew [22h - 35h/weekly, $12/h - $15/h] (Only SC/SPRs to apply)
Location 🏢: Hougang Mall/ Various locations islandwide
Kitchen Service Crew Requirements 💪🏻
- Support daily food preparation and general kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients in accordance with given recipes and instructions.
- Ensure all food meets the required standards for quality, portion and presentation.
- Support the receiving, proper storage and stock rotation of ingredients and supplies.
- Keep workstations, kitchen equipment and food preparation areas clean, organised and well-maintained.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards and procedures.
- Handling of cashier duties.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as required.
- Previous kitchen or F&B experience is preferred.
- Candidates with basic cooking experience will have an advantage
- Possesses minimally WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 certification.
- Able to work full day shifts including closing shift.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to handle stress in a fast paced environment
