Our client is a leading international hospitality company. Join them as a Reservations Agent & Operator, where you’ll manage guest bookings while handling communication centre operations. This dual role ensures seamless reservation experiences and professional guest interactions across all channels.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle room reservations, confirmations, and cancellations accurately.
- Manage calls, emails, and guest enquiries with professionalism.
- Provide clear information on room rates, packages, and promotions.
- Support service recovery by addressing guest concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Promote hotel services, upselling opportunities, and loyalty programmes.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, call handling protocols, and safety procedures.
👤 Requirements
- Prior experience in reservations, call centre, or guest service roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS and telephone systems is an advantage.
- Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
