工作摘要：
- 基本工资：新币 2300
- 工作时间：周一至周五，上午 8:30 至下午 6:00
- 工作地点：Senoko Loop
- 不需要 OT + VB + 年度加薪
工作职责：
- 根据项目要求编制项目成本估算、报价和预算。
- 编写、审查和管理招标文件和合同。
- 管理变量订单 (vos)、进度索赔和最终账目，确保准确、及时地提交。
- 就报价、采购订单（pos）和其他商业事宜与客户进行了联络。
- 建立并维持了牢固的客户关系，确保有效的沟通和及时的跟进。
- 保留了适当的项目成本、合同和商业文件。
- 支持分配的其他临时项目、成本核算和合同相关职责。
要求：
- 最低限度 Nitec 或 GCE “O” 级资格。
- 在电气或类似行业至少有2-3年的相关工作经验。
- 精通微软办公软件，特别是 Excel、Words 和 Powerpoint。
- 良好的沟通和协调能力。
