JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Guest Experience & Hosting
- Host and engage groups during the ride through live narration, storytelling, and interactions.
- Stand and present at the centre of the attraction, maintaining high energy, clarity, and engagement with guests.
- Deliver warm, professional, and engaging guest interactions.
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback promptly and professionally, escalating issues when required.
- Consistently deliver service aligned with MFLG's service standards.
2. Safety & Operations
- Take ownership of the safe and smooth operation of assigned attractions and rides, including opening and closing.
- Conduct daily checks to ensure attractions are maintained and operating in their best working condition at all times.
- Report defects or irregularities promptly to the Attraction In-Charge and relevant departments.
- Ensure operational procedures are strictly adhered to and practiced diligently.
- Assist with guest management during emergency situations, prioritising safety while maintaining calm and professionalism.
3. Team Leadership & Housekeeping
- Lead and support the team in carrying out housekeeping schedules and assigned duties.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Undertake the role of Attraction In-Charge (IC) where necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE āNā Level or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of full-time work experience, preferably in tourism, hospitality, attractions, or customer-facing service roles.
- Comfortable speaking confidently in front of groups and engaging guests through live storytelling.
- Physically capable of performing operational duties that may involve the setup, movement, and securing of operational items to support attraction operations and visitor flow.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Possess a lively, outgoing, and guest-oriented personality.
- Willing and able to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays.
