Basic Salary: $2.5k - $3k

⏰ Working hours: Mon - Sat, 8am to 5pm

🏢 Job Scope:
🏷️ Prepare and cook Western dishes to high standards of taste and food products according to standard recipes, specifications and quality requirements.
🏷️ Support daily food production and processing activities, ensuring consistent taste, quality, portion and presentation.
🏷️ Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and workplace safety in compliance with applicable SFA food safety requirements.
🏷️ Monitor production quantities, stock rotation and ingredient usage to minimise food wastage and production losses.
🏷️ Assist with inventory control, raw material preparation and stock management.
🏷️ Conduct basic quality checks on ingredients and finished food products to ensure they meet company standards.
🏷️ Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety requirements, workplace safety standards and good manufacturing practices(GMP).

📜 Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Western Chef, Food Production Chef or similar role
- Culinary diploma/ certificate or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Western cooking techniques, food preparation and recipe standardisation
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP and food manufacturing SOPs is an advantage.
- Able to work in a fast-paced food production environment and follow established procedures and quality standards.
