Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Pest Control & Cleaning Services
- Position Title: Operations & Admin Executive
- Working Location: Gambas Cres
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,800 + AWS
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules for pest control and cleaning operations.
- Liaise with customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Handle service bookings, enquiries, quotations, invoices, and administrative documentation.
- Monitor technicians' attendance, job completion, and inventory levels.
- Maintain customer records and operational reports.
- Support procurement, licensing, and general administrative duties.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years of operations or administrative experience.
- Experience in the pest control, cleaning, or facilities management industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
