Job Highlights

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Basic Up to S$2,700
- 1 Year Contract (Renewable / Convertible)

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and control quality documents, records, and reports in accordance with company procedures
- Coordinate document submission, revision, distribution, and archival processes
- Assist in data entry, report compilation, and administrative support for the QC department
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents
- Monitor document version control and ensure compliance with company standards
- Support audits and quality assurance activities by preparing required documentation
- Adhere to clean room protocols, safety guidelines, and operational procedures
- Perform general administrative duties and any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in document control, quality administration, or administrative support
- Comfortable working in a clean room environment
- Familiarity with document management processes and quality systems is preferred
