📍 Location: Jurong East
💰 Salary: $2,760
🕐 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am–6.00pm
📅 Commitment: Immediate - 12 weeks, subject to extension (able to commit till end Dec 2026)
Job Responsibilities
- Review and verify case records to ensure information is accurate, complete and up to date
- Support case processing, including data entry, profile creation and updating of required information
- Retrieve missing information and make calls to verify case details when required
- Handle a high volume of data entry cases accurately and within the required timelines
- Perform record checks, data reconciliation and reporting support
- Provide administrative support for daily career centre operations
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum O Level qualification
- Prior customer service experience preferred, especially experience handling challenging situations or demanding clients
- Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and adapt to new job matching systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Able to manage high-volume work accurately and meet deadlines
