1-Year Contract | Up to $2,300/month
Job Summary
We are hiring for positions within the Student Services Department:
- Admin Support Officer
- Executive, Onboarding & Support
- Contract duration: 1 year
- Completion bonus: 1 month, subject to satisfactory performance and completion of the contract period
- Estimated start date: October 2026
- Salary: Up to $2,300 per month
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours:
- 8.30am – 5.30pm
- 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Work arrangement: On-site
- Contract renewal or conversion may be available, subject to performance and business needs
Job Description
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Student Services Department
- Assist with student onboarding and orientation activities
- Support daily student services and administrative matters
- Assist with programme-related enquiries and follow-ups
- Present information to students and parents during orientation sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking to students and parents
- Comfortable presenting information to a group
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Able to work on-site from Monday to Friday
- Candidates with relevant administrative, customer service or student services experience will have an advantage
