S$2400 - 2500 / sebulan
Salary: $2400 basic
+ $100 allowance
Working days: 5 days
week (within Monday to Sunday), 8.5
hours (within 7 am to 10 pm, up to 44 hours per week)

assigned East Cluster GRCs
Contract Duration:
till the end of March 2027, subject to change
Responsibilities:
- Conduct large group or 1-to-1 guided sessions at community centre, active ageing centre, libraries, and outreach locations
- Facilitate workshops (including basic public speaking), webinars, and learning journeys
- Coach learners to complete digital tasks independently (e.g. Zoom, Singpass, WhatsApp, PayNow, PayLah)
- Engage and educate learners effectively while meeting engagement KPIs
- Record engagements and perform follow-up and administrative tasks
- Prepare for deployments across hubs, events, and outreach activities
- Assist in setup of devices, materials, and guidebooks at touchpoints
- Rehearse and deliver sessions with clarity, confidence, and structure
- Support outreach activities
and other ad-hoc duties as assigned work.

Requirements;
- Patient and able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Need to participate in events, learning journey, or pop-up counters
- Open to cross-deployments within the cluster
- Familiarity with different e-payment systems and messaging apps
- Good communication and active listening skillsÂ
- Able to withstand long standing and walking
- No experience but passionate to coach and equip seniors with basic digital skills welcome
