Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer service & order processing for Local and Online orders
  • Courier service management on preparation of documents to dispatch of Online orders
  • Handle local distributors orders
  • Coordinate & Plan delivery schedule
  • Monitor, manage & update GRN
  • Timely issuance & filling of invoices
  • Check and ensure month end inventory stock take is accurate
  • Perform other job-related duties from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics administration, order processing or a related field.
  • Familiar with GRN, stock take and logistics documentation.
  • Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.
