职位简介 / About the Role
我们正在寻找一名有经验、积极主动的店长，负责探鱼门店的日常运营、团队管理及服务质量，确保门店顺利运作并达到公司的营运标准。
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our TANYU restaurant, lead the team and ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
工作职责 / Key Responsibilities
- 负责门店日常运营，包括开店、闭店及营运安排
Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures - 管理、带领及培训前厅（FOH）及后厨（BOH）团队
Lead, motivate and train FOH & BOH team members - 确保食品质量、服务质量、卫生及安全标准
Maintain food quality, service, hygiene and safety standards - 安排员工班表、出勤及人手调配
Manage staff scheduling, attendance and manpower deployment - 处理顾客反馈及解决门店营运问题
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues - 负责库存、损耗及成本控制
Monitor stock, wastage and operating costs - 执行公司 SOP 及营运标准
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards - 与区域经理及总部保持沟通，跟进门店相关事项
Work closely with the Area Manager and HQ on operational matters
任职要求 / Requirements
- 至少 2–3 年餐饮 / F&B 管理经验
Minimum 2–3 years of F&B or restaurant management experience - 具备良好的领导能力及团队管理能力
Strong leadership and team management skills - 具备良好的沟通能力及客户服务意识
Good communication and customer service skills - 能适应快节奏的餐饮工作环境
Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment - 积极主动、有责任心，并愿意以身作则
Hands-on, responsible and willing to lead by example - 有中餐、烤鱼、烧烤或火锅经验者优先
Experience in Chinese cuisine, BBQ or hotpot restaurants will be an advantage
