Looking to start or build your career in the healthcare sector? We are hiring for various entry-level healthcare support positions in well-known hospitals and polyclinic. Training will be provided, making this a suitable opportunity for candidates with minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in a healthcare-related discipline!
💼 Job Responsibilities
- Assist patients with registration, appointments and general enquiries.
- Provide front-counter and receptionist support.
- Handle administrative duties including data entry, documentation and filing.
- Assist with billing, payments and other business office processes.
- Support pharmacy operations such as picking, packing, labelling and dispensing medications under established procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient and administrative records.
- Coordinate with healthcare staff and other departments to support smooth daily operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
📝 Requirements
- Minimum NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma, preferably in a healthcare-related discipline.
- Prior healthcare, hospital, clinic or pharmacy experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with patients and members of the public.
- Meticulous and able to follow established procedures.
- Willing to learn and undergo training!
