Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
- Position Title: Metal Cutting Technician / Engineer
- Working Location: Loyang Crescent
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
- Cut aluminium, steel, titanium, nickel alloys and other raw materials based on orders and drawings.
- Operate band saws, cold saws and other cutting equipment accurately and efficiently.
- Measure and inspect materials using vernier calipers, micrometers and measuring tapes.
- Review cutting lists, drawings, MTRs and material certificates.
- Maintain material traceability and prepare inspection, CoC and quality records.
- Support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and process improvement.
- Coordinate with warehouse, quality, suppliers and internal teams on material or quality issues.

- Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
- Experience in metal cutting, machining, raw materials or quality inspection is preferred.
- Familiar with industrial saws and precision measuring tools.
- Knowledge of metal materials and aerospace-grade materials is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AMS, ASTM, AS9100, AS9120 or ISO 9001 is an advantage.
