Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager /Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.
Production & Quality Control
Follow the daily production schedule and meet output targets.
Inspect finished products to ensure print quality, cutting accuracy, dimensions, and workmanship meet customer requirements.
Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.
Record production quantities, defects, and machine issues accurately.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with maintenance technicians when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around machines and work areas.
Safety & Compliance
Follow company safety procedures at all times.
Ensure safe handling of materials, tools, inks, and machine components.
Comply with company SOPs and production standards.
