☑ Ad-hoc assignment
Job Scope:
- Welcome and assist guests, manage phone enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Issue and manage visitor access passes
- Maintain front desk, pantry, and meeting room cleanliness, ensuring rooms are set up as needed.
- Coordinate courier services and maintain accurate daily records.
- Setting up of company event and liaising with contractor & catering companies
Requirement:
- Secondary School Qualification
- 1 Year of Front Facing Role or Receptionist
- Prefer candidate who can work on longer terms
